The problem
Torque wrenches moved constantly between more than 2,000 retail service locations, warehouses and repair centres. Each one needed regular calibration to stay safe. The whole process ran on paper and memory.
Tools went missing. Records drifted from reality. Wrenches slipped past their service dates unnoticed, a risk measured not just in cost but in safety.
What we did
We started with a joint diagnostic, mapping where the process broke down alongside the client's team. The conclusion was shared: they needed one system to track every tool and run rotation and calibration end to end.
We built a supply-chain control tower with role-based access. Everyone from leadership to the store mechanic works from the same platform, and each sees the dashboard built for their role.
- Automated recalibration and repair scheduling
- Real-time status at every stage of a tool's life
- Logistics between stores, warehouses and repair centres
- Role-based dashboards and compliance records

Where it is now
Millions saved in manpower and tool breakdowns. What began as a single deployment is now a platform we keep extending with new modules, at network scale.
