You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, change, republish or use our content or brand for commercial purposes without our written permission. Names and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners.

4. Information on this site

The website gives general information about Reubro and our services. It is not an offer to provide services and not professional advice for your situation.

Case studies and results describe real past projects, but every project is different and they do not promise the same results for yours. Some clients are described without their names to respect confidentiality. We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but details can change without notice.

5. Enquiries and consultations

Our free consultation carries no cost and no obligation. Any proposal we send is valid for the period stated in it.

No project starts until both sides sign a written agreement. That agreement, not these terms, sets out the scope, fees, timelines, ownership of work and confidentiality for the project. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

We treat what you tell us about your business as confidential, and we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before a consultation. Please do not send confidential material through the website form until an NDA is in place, if you need one.

6. Other websites

The website links to sites we do not control, such as LinkedIn and YouTube. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

7. No warranties

We provide the website "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, or that its content is complete or suitable for any particular purpose.

As far as the law allows, Reubro is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If you misuse the website or break these terms, you agree to cover any losses, claims or costs that Reubro reasonably incurs as a result.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kochi (Ernakulam), Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website.

11. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given up our right to do so later.
