This website, reubro.com, is run by Reubro International ("Reubro", "we", "us"), a software development company headquartered at 39/3122, Valanjambalam, Kochi, Kerala 682016, India, with client-facing presence in Singapore and the United States.

Reubro is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. This policy covers the website and the enquiries you send us. When we build or run software for a client, the personal data inside that software is handled under our contract with that client, not under this policy.

Consultation and contact requests: your name, work email, company, phone number, country, the topic you pick and the message you write.
Job applications: your CV, portfolio, contact details and anything else you choose to include when you email careers@reubro.com.
Emails, calls and meetings: what you share with us when you get in touch or talk to our team.

Technical details such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the site.
Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 5.

Information from other sources

Business contact details that are publicly available, for example on LinkedIn or your company website, and introductions from people who refer you to us.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as health, financial or religious details through this website. Please do not send it to us.

To reply to your enquiry and arrange the consultation you asked for.
To prepare proposals and, if you become a client, to deliver and support our services.
To assess job applications and contact candidates.
To keep the website secure, working well and easy to use.

4. Legal basis

Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 2 years from our last contact.
Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Client records: for the length of our engagement and afterwards for as long as the contract or the law requires.

After that, we delete the data or make it anonymous.

9. Security

We protect personal data with access controls, encryption in transit, staff confidentiality obligations and secure development practices. No system is completely secure, but if a breach affects your data we will act quickly and notify you and the authorities where the law requires.

11. Children and other websites

This website is meant for businesses and job seekers. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Our site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn and YouTube. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the website.
